Iberostar Grand Portals Nous

Fabulous stay, wonderful staff who just could not do enough for us. Great location in a quieter part of Portals Nous with a beautiful beach literally on the door step and an easy walk into the Marina or to the high street. Food was superb and the whole hotel has a wonderfully relaxed boutique vibe to it. Pepi and Mikel were phenomenal and went above and beyond on a number of occasions and made us feel so welcome. Would be back in a heartbeat and really didn’t want to leave…always a sign of a great hotel!

Beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful location. The pool is so relaxing, spa is fantastic and the massage treatments are amazing. The hotel restaurant is lovely and food is delicious. The location of hotel is perfect directly on the beach and a short walk to harbour where there are many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Can’t wait to return.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff were amazing, attentive and friendly. Room was incredible. We stayed in the Marcel Wonder. Good size and cleaned twice a day. Cleaners went above and beyond, even folded our nightwear. These little touches made our stay. Breakfast was also very good. Good selection of meats, egg dishes and pastries and very well presented. Breakfast staff were also amazing, even the waiter remembering our faces and room number made us feel special. Thank you for making our holiday a one to remember. All the best to all of the staff.

What a fabulous experience this hotel is. Great setting, and just outside all the show that is portals… it’s like being home from home, breakfast is super, dinner is worth a visit too. Alexia is a delight at breakfast, but in all fairness the whole team are superb. Nothing is too much trouble. We will return MARVELLOUS!!!

Another fabulous stay at this wonderful hotel. Beautiful location and the service is outstanding. Always such a warm welcome from reception staff, bell boys etc. Particular thanks to the warm welcome every morning from the fabulous Juan, Miguel and lady with the glasses (sorry don’t know her name). Always so attentive and helpful. A real credit to your hotel. Lovely to see so many staff members here year after year. Shout out to Lucas who has moved from the pool bar to the restaurant too. Thanks for another memorable stat. We’ll be back!

Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff in particular Anna on reception…. she is super friendly and goes out of her way for every hotel guest… a true gem. The breakfast is really lovely with a nice mixture of buffet and cooked meals at your request. We had the eggs and the porridge made fresh for us, it was really gorgeous. My only complaint is the coffee machine needed cleaning so it didn’t work. The waiters will bring you a coffee but they are busy so you have to wait. The pool was not heated (in late October), it was disappointing that we could not swim as it was so cold and the pool remained completely empty. I would definitely recommend this arty, lovely hotel but a few adjustments would make it perfect.

This hotel was amazing! I liked that the hotel was located on a cove style beach. I loved the modern decor of the room and the views were unreal. I got the partial ocean view room and felt like I had full ocean view. My room had a balcony as well and it was so nice to sit there and watch the boats and swimmers in the morning. The service at the hotel was excellent and the food was delicious. It was a little more expensive to get food and drink at the hotel than off site. The spa was also great because the amentiies were open to all guest. I would do the cold plunge & sauna everyday. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Alexia was the best!!! We had the absolute best service at the restaurant day after day. She was incredibly friendly and helpful for the duration of our entire stay. The entire team was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend- 12 out of 10 stars!!! Thank you for such an enjoyable visit!!!
